Mehrdad Tajbakhsh, born in 1969, is an official expert engineer of the judiciary in the field of computer and information technology, and has all the approved qualifications  in this field, including the valuation  of all types of  intangible assets, which he has been continuously engaged in since 2003.
Mehrdad  Tajbakhsh holds a master’s degree in   computer engineering with a major in hardware engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tehran, a master’s degree in information technology management with a major in knowledge management from the Faculty of Management and Accounting, Shahid Beheshti University, a master’s degree in information technology engineering with a major in information security from the Faculty of Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering, Tarbiat Modares University, and a Ph.D . in professional business management from the Faculty of Management and Economics, Tarbiat Modares University  . Currently He   is working on a   doctoral research project at the University of Otago in New Zealand on blockchain and intellectual property rights and reaching a value chain framework  on this topic.
Mehrdad  Tajbakhsh has more than 10 years of experience in the valuation  of intangible assets   and has cooperated in the valuation  of most of the prominent  platforms and projects  in the field of computer and information technology, as well as as a consultant and expert in projects in other fields.
Mehrdad Tajbakhsh’s  activities related to the official expertise of the judiciary are as follows :

• Head of the Scientific and Specialized Commission for Valuation   of Intangible Assets of the Supreme Council of Official Experts of the Judiciary
  
• Advisor, Responsible and Coordinator of Computer and Information Technology Affairs of the Supreme Council of Official Experts of the Judiciary
  
• Member of the Scientific and Specialized Commission for Computer and Information Technology of the Supreme Council of Official Experts of the Judiciary
